Culinary Nights is a collaborative project undertaken with my dear colleagues: Matias Zerillo Torres, Bruno Puelinckx, and Luis Alberola Tasso.

The primary purpose of this initiative is to promote culinary culture within the student community. Through meticulous curation, we combine music, gastronomy, and the participation of renowned culinary experts, offering our audience a fresh way to experience cuisine.

Cooking and preparing diverse dishes, as well as organizing dinners and gatherings to enjoy them, has always been a passion of ours. It was from this shared interest that the idea emerged to expand our culinary ventures and host events for the city of Pamplona.

On Wednesday, March 20, 2024, we launched our inaugural Culinary Nights event. Over 50 individuals had the opportunity to indulge in a presentation by Sergio La Torre, chef of the kitchen at Restaurante Mixtura, who enlightened the audience about Nikkei cuisine (a fusion of Peruvian and Japanese flavors). Subsequently, attendees were able to savor the appetizers and wine meticulously prepared and selected by us.
